1. Commitment to Copyright Protection
TeraDrop respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright standards.
2. Non-Hosting Service Notice
TeraDrop is a client-side link resolver and web player. TeraDrop does not host, store, cache, or re-transmit any media files on its servers.
All video playback and file downloads occur directly from external, publicly accessible third-party cloud storage servers (such as TeraBox) to the user's browser. Because no files are stored on TeraDrop, disabling a link on our website does not delete or remove the underlying file from the host servers where it is stored.
3. Takedown at the Hosting Source
If your copyrighted content has been uploaded to TeraBox without your permission, the fastest and most effective way to protect your rights is to submit a copyright infringement notice directly to TeraBox or its parent company at terabox.com. Once TeraBox deletes the offending file from their servers, all links to it will become non-functional everywhere on the web, including on TeraDrop.
4. Blacklisting Request Procedure
If you are a copyright holder or an authorized agent and wish to prevent specific share links from being resolved through TeraDrop, you may submit a blocklist request to contact@teradrop.app with the subject line DMCA Link Blacklist Request.
Please include the following information in your email:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The specific, exact TeraBox share URLs you wish to block on TeraDrop;
- Evidence proving your ownership of the copyright or your authorization to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your contact details (name, email address, physical address, and telephone number);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate.
Upon receipt of a valid and complete request, we will promptly add the requested URLs to our edge blocking filter within 48 business hours.
