When you submit a link, our serverless edge workers query the public cloud storage endpoints solely to extract the media playback playlist and direct download URL. Once the parsing request finishes, no file data is retained.

3. No Accounts or Personal Information

You can use TeraDrop completely anonymously. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, password, credit card details, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Cookieless Edge Analytics

To ensure service reliability, diagnose playback errors, and protect against abusive robotic scraping, we collect minimal, anonymized telemetry metrics (such as request path, country of origin, browser User-Agent, and playback error statuses). We do not set persistent tracking cookies or track your behavior across other websites.

5. External Links & Third-Party CDNs

Video streaming and file downloads occur directly between your web browser and the third-party cloud hosting infrastructure (e.g., TeraBox CDN servers). Your interaction with those external servers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
